His passion is working with individual clients. Whether hosting a Sunday brunch, afternoon barbecue, casual cocktail party, sophisticated dinner party, elaborate wedding or brand marketing event, Billy pays great attention to detail and enjoys coordinating with hosts and chefs to ensure bar selections are on point in both quantity and quality. Crafting unique cocktails to compliment the menu and mood of an event is his specialty.
